Not long to go until I'm flying half-way across the world. Well, my original plans have ended up changing regarding the trip, and I'll now end up spending a week with family in the UK. I'm needing to go and see my travel agent today to rearrange one of my flights. I'm really disappointed that my original plans have fallen through, but on the other hand, I guess it's nice that I'll finally get to meet all my aunts, uncles and cousins. Actually, I am looking forward to seeing one of my cousins, who I've not seen since he was last out here back in 1999.

I went and saw "Ice Age 2" on Saturday with one of my friends. We found it very entertaining. I also find it a little odd that when we saw the first "Ice Age" movie years ago, we saw it when we were over in New Zealand on holiday. And now we see the second instalment a week before I head overseas. Might just be me that sees that connection as odd.
