You'd think that Winter is well on it's way down here with the way people are dressing. I'm seeing a lot of winter coats, scarves and gloves (sometimes all on one person, too) first thing in the mornings. It's been chilly in the mornings, but I've yet to unpack my heavy winter gear. I've thought of wearing gloves a few times this past week or two, but always after I've left the house. Plus I can't remember where I stashed my gloves after last Winter.

It also seems as though the Evil Office Air Conditioner is working overtime. I'm finding it hard to type, I'm shivering so much...

I'm also thinking that someone in the news business got their wires crossed when they said this morning that the city was going to be inundated by smoke haze from various CALM burn-offs. Yesterday was rather smokey. Today there doesn't seem to be any smoke at all. I wonder how Nettie's faring, since the burn-offs were happening out her way.
