Coincidences?

Or are They watching me?

I was out on my usual meander round the city on my lunch break today. I didn't get very far down the Hay Street mall before I saw this:

Of course, I couldn't help but think to myself "Don't blink!" And of course, took a photo so I could show you lot.

Because I was actually on a mission to get some bits and pieces (nothing exciting, unless you consider nail polish remover and eyedrops to be exciting), I continued on my way to Priceline (a store where you can buy all your bathroom goodies, makeup and whatnot). However, considering I was already thinking of Dr Who, I decided I'd first wander into the ABC shop to see what they've got in the way of Season 3 DVDs. I eventually noticed what they had playing on their huge plasma screen...and I couldn't help but laugh. It was the Dr Who episode, "Blink". I kid you not.

Finally, I got home, and was doing my usual of checking out various forums, and on the IWC forum there was this:

"I don't know, but it reminds me of the Tenth Doctor: "People assume that time is a strict logical progression of cause to effect, but it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff." "This is my timey-wimey detector. It goes bing when there's stuff. It can also cook an egg at thirty paces... whether you want it to or not. [grimaces] I've had to learn to keep it away from hens; it's not pretty when they blow...""

No prizes for guessing which episode that is from!

I guess I'm going to have to keep my eyes peeled.

If I don't get a prize for guessing which episode that's from, then why should I even bother to try guessing, eh?

And you left out some critical information regarding some exciting news: did you find the nail-polish remover and eyedrops?!?

Ah ha, there is the picture it wasn't showing up earlier. Very nice, and spooky at the same time.
