Well, I know a few people may have already seen this on the forum...but it's now official. My ticket has been paid for, and I can pick it up this week. As of April 6, 2008, I will be flying across the world to Maryland, USA. And staying there for about four weeks. And yes, I am going there specifically to meet Acci. Now get your minds out of the gutter!
Gah, doesn't seem like much time to get ready in. In other ways, it seems like an awfully long time away.
However, one tiny annoyance is that I've got a day in between flights at Los Angeles...so I'm going to have to find out what exactly my options are in relation to that.

Maybe Acci could fly up and meet you in LA? After all, you're flying half way around the world, I'm sure he doesn't need a passport to fly to LA ;-)
That way you'd have company on the rest of the trip!
Or maybe you could give Alex a call and see if he'll be in town? Maybe you could catch up with him?

And I have absolutely no suggestions for you for LA. Sorry. The one time I was there was for a couple hours of layover on my way to and from Australia. I didn't get to stay a full day.
