Today's the big day. In about 6 hours time, I'm off on the first leg of the great adventure. And I'm shaking like a leaf. I'm glad I have some herbal tablets that should calm me down a little.
It doesn't help that when I checked my first flight online this morning, I had a bit of trouble finding it. Turns out, they changed the flight number, although the time was still the same (midnight flight, yay). Then as the day progressed, I checked other flights. My second flight (Sydney to LA) is fine. My LA to Baltimore flight isn't. Flight number's correct. But they've rescheduled it for an hour later.
So, instead of leaving LA at 10pm in the evening, I'm leaving at 11pm. Not happy! I still have no idea what I'm going to do in LA for the day. I think the majority of people I've discussed it with, they all say it's probably best to find a hotel and hole up for the day.
Anyway, depending on whether Acci lets me out or not, I'll try to keep you all posted on what's happening while I'm over there.
